I regularly get a 49.4c02 service error on the printer screen, on print jobs from Ubuntu computers mainly from other Ubuntu computers on the network.
After some other print problems with two other printers I tested the printer on a Windows XP computer for 3 days and I do not seem to get the error.
I am fairly sure the printer is not at fault.
Anybody have any ideas?
